Chicken 65 is a contemporary South Indian favorite. Boneless chunks of chicken are marinated in a mixture of sweet and sour batter then oven fried. The chicken is then glazed in a spicy sauce with fresh curry leaves and serrano peppers. The two cooking methods leave the chicken saucy on the outside while the inside remains soft and juicy.
