Our delicious variation on Vada Pav combines a traditional batter with a high protein combination of chicken and lentils. Spices like cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic and cilantro make the vada pop right off the plate especially when the 2 chutneys are glazed on the soft lightly toasted bun.

Served with Tamarind mint chutney and creamy cilantro chutney.
